Quick answer: what is AI Heelth?AI Heelth (aiheelth.com) is a free health education website. It offers online calculators (BMI, daily calories and food calories) and evidence-based guides on nutrition, heart health, blood sugar and healthy aging. Every guide is checked against current recommendations from bodies such as the WHO, CDC, NIH, AHA and ADA. AI Heelth provides general information only and does not replace advice from a doctor.

What is our mission?

Health advice online is often confusing, outdated or written to sell something. Our mission is simple: help adults understand their own health numbers and make informed, everyday choices using information that matches current medical guidelines. We focus on the questions that matter most in midlife and later life, such as body weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, heart attack warning signs, gut health, nutrition, sleep and staying active.

How do we create our health content?

Health information can affect real decisions, so every guide follows the same editorial process:

  1. Choose a real reader question. We start from the questions adults ask most, for example “What is a normal HbA1c?” or “How much protein do I need after 50?”
  2. Go to primary sources. We use official guidelines and peer-reviewed research, not other blogs. Numbers such as blood pressure or blood sugar ranges are copied from the current guideline and cited.
  3. Write in plain language. Short sentences, defined medical terms and a quick-answer summary at the top of each page.
  4. Use careful health-claim language. We say a food or habit “may support” or is “linked to” a benefit when that is what the evidence shows. We never claim that a food, supplement or habit cures or treats a disease.
  5. Add safety information. Each guide says who should be careful, includes allergy notes where relevant, and explains when to see a doctor or seek emergency care.
  6. Check and date it. Before publishing, we check every figure against its source and show the date the page was last reviewed.
  7. Review regularly. We revisit pages when major guidelines change (for example new blood pressure or diabetes standards) and at least once a year.

How does AI Heelth use artificial intelligence?

We believe readers should know how content is made. We use AI tools to help with research summaries, first drafts, illustrations, video production and our calculators. AI does not decide what we publish: every page is checked by a human editor against the original sources before it goes live.

About our videos: our video lessons are presented by an AI-generated host. The host is not a real person and is not a licensed doctor. The information in each video follows the same sourcing and checking process as our written guides.

How is AI Heelth funded, and are we independent?

AI Heelth is free to use. To cover hosting and production costs we may show advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense. Ads are clearly separated from our content.

  • Advertisers have no influence over what we write or which products we mention.
  • We do not accept payment for articles, reviews or favourable coverage.
  • We do not sell supplements, medicines or medical devices.
  • How ads and cookies work on this site is explained in our Privacy Policy.

How do we handle corrections and updates?

If you find an error, an outdated figure or a broken source link, please tell us through our contact page. We review every report, correct confirmed errors promptly and update the “last reviewed” date on the page.
