AI Heelth Privacy Policy: How We Handle Your Data, Cookies and Ads
This policy explains what information aiheelth.com collects, why, how long we keep it, how advertising cookies (including Google AdSense) work, and the choices and rights you have.
Who is responsible for your data?
AI Heelth (aiheelth.com), based in Karachi, Pakistan, is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. In this policy “AI Heelth”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of aiheelth.com. Questions or requests: contact@aiheelth.com.

How do we treat health information?
Our BMI, calorie and food calorie calculators perform their calculations in your web browser. The values you enter are not submitted to our server, saved to our database or used for advertising. When you close or reload the page, they are gone.
What cookies does AI Heelth use?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use as few as possible.
| Provider | Purpose | Type | Learn more |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Heelth (WordPress, caching) | Site operation, security and fast page delivery; login cookies for site editors only | Strictly necessary | This policy |
| Google (AdSense and Google advertising partners) | Serving, limiting, measuring and, where allowed, personalizing ads; fraud prevention | Advertising (third-party) | How Google uses cookies in advertising |
| Third-party ad vendors and networks approved by Google | Serving and measuring ads on Google’s behalf | Advertising (third-party) | Google’s list of ad technology providers |
| YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) | Playing embedded videos; cookies are set only after you press play | Functional (third-party) | Google Privacy Policy |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect how the site works; blocking advertising cookies means you may still see ads, but they will be less relevant.
How does advertising, including Google AdSense, work on this site?
We use Google AdSense to display ads. In line with Google’s requirements:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google My Ad Center (Ads Settings). You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu.
- For details on how Google collects and uses data when you use our site, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland: where required by law we show a consent message, provided through a Google-certified consent management platform, before personalized ads or non-essential cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time through the privacy settings link on the site. If you decline, Google may still show non-personalized or limited ads, which use cookies only for purposes such as frequency capping, aggregated reporting and fraud prevention.
Google does not use sensitive information, such as health conditions, to personalize ads, under its own personalized advertising policies. We do not pass the values you enter in our calculators to Google or any advertiser.
What happens when you watch an embedded video?
Our video lessons are embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube does not store cookies for personalization until you play a video. Once you press play, Google’s privacy policy applies to that interaction.
How and why do we use your information?
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Running, securing and improving the website | Legitimate interests in providing a safe, working website |
| Replying to messages and correction reports | Legitimate interests; steps you ask us to take |
| Personalized advertising and related cookies | Your consent, where the law requires it |
| Non-personalized ads, ad measurement and fraud prevention | Legitimate interests, or consent where required |
| Meeting legal obligations and handling legal claims | Legal obligation; legitimate interests |
Who do we share information with?
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the site, such as our web hosting and email providers, under confidentiality obligations.
- Google and its advertising partners, which collect cookie and device data directly through ads as described above.
- Authorities or advisers when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our visitors and AI Heelth.
US state privacy laws (including California): the use of advertising cookies by Google and its partners may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can opt out through Google My Ad Center, the DAA opt-out tool, or by contacting us. Browser “Do Not Track” signals have no agreed standard, so our site does not currently respond to them.
How long do we keep data?
| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| Contact messages and emails | Up to 24 months after our last reply, then deleted, unless needed for a legal reason |
| Server and security logs | Usually up to 90 days, set by our hosting provider |
| Calculator inputs | Not stored |
| Advertising cookies | As set by Google and its partners; see the links above |
What are your privacy rights?
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect earlier processing);
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising (US state laws);
- receive your data in a portable format; and
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, email contact@aiheelth.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We will reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Is AI Heelth meant for children?
No. AI Heelth is written for adults. It is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
How do we protect data, and where is it processed?
The site uses HTTPS encryption, keeps software up to date and limits administrator access. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our hosting, email and advertising providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, these transfers rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
What about links to other websites?
Our guides link to sources such as the WHO, CDC and PubMed. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites; please read their policies.
